The Association for Responsible and Sustainable Development (UZOR) and ALB Progress are announcing a prize competition for elementary school students in Tuzi on the topic of environmental protection and sustainable development.
The competition is organized as part of the celebration of World Environment Day and is open to all students attending elementary schools in Tuzi. The goal of the competition is to encourage and develop creativity and innovation among children and youth in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development.
Artworks must be created on size five drawing pad format, and all art techniques are allowed. Literary works can be written in Montenegrin or Albanian, with a maximum length of two A4 pages.
The competition will run from May 8 to May 30, 2023, and the awards will be presented during the first EKO Festival, which will be held in Tuzi on June 6, 2023. In addition to the awarded entries, all submitted artworks and literary works will be presented at the EKO Festival.

The competition is being held within the framework of the project “Partnership for the Local Community – Strengthening the Contribution of Civil Society to the Development of Local Policies and Practices in the Field of Ecology and Sustainable Development,” implemented by UZOR in cooperation with the ALB PROGRESS organization, and supported through the program “CSOs in Montenegro – from Basic Services to Policy Shaping – M’BASE.”
