As part of the “Youth Digital Democracy Accelerator” project, young people authored the policy brief “(In)Vulnerability of Youth to disinformation”. This document explores the growing vulnerability of young people in Montenegro to disinformation in the digital space. Developed by UZOR, it analyzes the root causes of low media and digital literacy, the impact of algorithm-driven content distribution, and the gaps in the national legal framework. Through concrete recommendations for decision-makers, civil society, and youth themselves, the publication offers guidance for building a more resilient and better-informed society.
