Dear Youth,

Our project, “Youth Participation in Digital Democracy: From Digital Skills to Digital Rights for Youth with Fewer Opportunities in the Western Balkans” (EYDR), aims to create better conditions for young people to realize their potential and provide equal opportunities for the most effective use of digital media to drive positive change in the community. We designed this survey to better understand the connections between digital rights and skills, digital literacy, and youth participation/engagement/activism in the digital sphere.
