Call for Proposals: Development of the Website for the Commission for Monitoring Investigations of Attacks on Journalists

The Society of Professional Journalists of Montenegro (DPNCG), in collaboration with the Association for Responsible and Sustainable Development (UZOR) and the Hanns Seidel Foundation, is announcing a CALL FOR PROPOSALS for the development of a dedicated website for the Commission for Monitoring Investigations of Attacks on Journalists.

Currently, the Commission has a website within the Government of Montenegro’s portal, but it is not sufficiently visible or well-structured.

The goal of this call is to enhance the efficiency of the Commission’s work and to support its recommendations and efforts to effectively resolve cases of murders, attacks, and threats against journalists by improving the functionality of its website. The website development will be conducted in cooperation with the Commission for Monitoring Investigations of Attacks on Journalists to meet the necessary requirements for the new site.

Who Can Apply?
Web developers and IT specialists who are registered as companies in Montenegro and comply with relevant regulations.

How to Apply?
Interested candidates should send their portfolio and up to 3 proposed site maps to the email address drustvoprofesionalnihnovinara@gmail.com with the subject line “Call for Website Development” no later than April 15, 2024, by 4:00 PM.

This call is part of the project “Effective Prevention and Protection of Journalists in Montenegro,” jointly implemented by UZOR and DPNCG in collaboration with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, and financially supported by the European Union (EU) through the EU Delegation in Podgorica.
