We invite you to apply for participation in the three-day educational camp “Young Ambassadors of Interculturalism”, which will take place from October 17 to 19 at Rafting Camp Green in Plužine. The camp will bring together 20 young people from different parts of Montenegro, offering them an unforgettable experience of learning, networking, and exchanging ideas.
Over the course of three days, participants will, through interactive workshops, simulation games, and group work, explore the concepts of interculturalism and social cohesion, develop communication and facilitation skills, learn how to create positive narratives and digital content that promote cultural diversity, and design concrete initiatives to later implement in their communities. A special part of the program will be the “Youth Assembly”, through which participants will jointly create a document with recommendations for improving interculturalism in Montenegro.
The program will be led by Leka Dedivanović, media and marketing consultant, and Goran Delić, communications expert, who will share their extensive experience with participants through practical and inspiring workshops.
The call is open to all young people aged 18–30 from Montenegro. We especially encourage applications from members of minority groups and communities, as well as young people from marginalized groups. Participants will be selected based on their motivation and potential for future engagement, while ensuring gender balance and ethnic diversity.
All selected participants will be provided with transportation, accommodation, and meals for the duration of the camp.
Applications are submitted via the motivation form available at the provided link, and the deadline is October 7.
The educational camp is implemented within the project “Living Diversity: Youth in Intercultural Dialogue”, carried out by NGO UZOR in partnership with NGO ALB Progress, and funded by the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights.
Join us and become part of the Young Ambassadors of Interculturalism network—the new generation of leaders building a society based on understanding, respect, and solidarity.
