The Association for Responsible and Sustainable Development (UZOR) was founded in 2019, whose vision is a just and solidary society, based on the synthesis of the principles of sustainable development, innovative practices and the use of new technologies for the purpose of realizing civil rights and freedoms, achieving equal opportunities and continuous progress the community in which we live.

Due to the need for constant growth of the association and a stronger contribution to Montenegrin society on the EU path, UZOR is announcing a competition for the position of project coordinator. Below is the job description and necessary requirements for the specified position.

Job description:

• Project management, planning and implementation of program activities
• Writing narrative reports on the realization of the project in accordance with the obligations towards the donor;
• Communicating with donors, in accordance with obligations and established procedures;
• Monitoring the environment and actions of key actors relevant to the work of UZOR;
• Regular communication with external collaborators, civil society organizations, partner organizations, representatives of the public sector and other key actors relevant to the operation of UZOR;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of activities and monitoring of performance measures;
• Ensure that the results planned by the project are achieved on time, in accordance with the planned budget and the established quality standard;
• Monitoring of public policies in areas of importance for the organization’s work;
• Informing the public about planned and achieved results;

Required qualifications and skills:

• Higher professional education – VII 1 level of qualification in the field of social sciences
• At least two years of work on projects financed by foreign donors
• Excellent command of the English language
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Proactive approach
