The info session for the presentation of the Youth Digital Democracy Accelerator Program was successfully held. This program is a capacity-building and advocacy initiative for youth, organized within the framework of the project “Youth Participation in Digital Democracy: From Digital Skills to Digital Rights for Youth with Fewer Opportunities in the Western Balkans” (EYDR), funded through the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Youth program.
The project is implemented by the Association for Responsible and Sustainable Development (UZOR) in cooperation with organizations from Albania, Serbia, and Spain, and is led by the Center for Science and Innovation for Development (SCiDEV). EYDR aims to connect and empower young people in the digital world by developing their digital skills and raising awareness of their digital rights, enabling them to fully participate in digital democracy.
The Youth Digital Democracy Accelerator Program is a 9-month capacity-building and advocacy program that will gather 20 young people from Albania and Montenegro, equipping them with practical skills to contribute to creating a more inclusive and safer online environment, as well as to engage in digital and in-person activism in a more impactful way.
Application Deadline: December 20, 2024.
