strengthening the contribution of civil society to the development of local policies and practices in the field of ecology and sustainable development&#8221;, initial meetings were held where the project, its goals and activities were presented.\u00a0<\/p><p>The general goal of the project is to strengthen the capacity of local CSOs to be active, responsible and independent actors in environmental protection and advocacy for sustainable local development and thereby contribute to the improvement of Montenegro&#8217;s integration into the EU.\u00a0<\/p><p>Program director Marko Pejovi\u0107, member of the Management Board Leka Dedivanovi\u0107 and executive director of NGO ALB Progress Ilir Goj\u010daj held initial meetings with the key stakeholders of the project, namely:<\/p><ul><li>Lejla \u0110okovi\u0107 and Amra Pepi\u0107, independent advisers for international cooperation in the Office for International Cooperation and Diaspora;\u00a0<\/li><li>Ismet \u0110okaj, secretary of the Secretariat for Agriculture and Rural Development;\u00a0<\/li><li>Hasan Had\u017eiablahovi\u0107, advisor for sustainable development and the field of ecology and environmental protection;\u00a0<\/li><li>Leonora Dedivanovi\u0107, director of the Tuzi Tourist Organization;\u00a0<\/li><li>Marijana Ljulj\u0111uraj, assistant director of the Primary School &#8220;Mahmut Leki\u0107&#8221;<\/li><li>Prelja \u0110oljaj, director of the Primary School &#8220;Jedinstvo&#8221;
